My favorite is the crunch don, dynamite maki, and shrimp tempura nigiri. I gotta say it's the best I've tried and I'll keep coming back for a quick sushi fix. Service is very good. Ambiance is what you'd expect for a small sushi shop.

California Maki is one of the best ever here~!! I get it every single time I come here and it blows away a lot of the California rolls that they serve in California itself with how crisp the nori is, how thick the roll is, how warm and juicy the rice and crab meat are, and the avocado and mayonnaise are also serious business. Highly recommend the California Maki here!

My wife and I ate at Sushiman about six months ago, and we loved it so much that we had to come back on our recent visit to Hawaii... This time it was just as good as we remembered. The sushi was soooooo fresh and well made. Had a bunch of sushi all over Hawaii and couldn't find one that really competed with this place.
